Plastic Injection Molding Process Optimization of 90° Elbow

摘要 结合Moldflow软件的最佳浇口、成形窗口、试验设计(DOE)等分析功能,分析90°塑料弯管的注塑成形工艺。对影响其注塑成形过程中的熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间以及制品厚度4个参数进行了优化分析,并最终得到了优化的工艺条件。结果显示,对于不同的实验目标,各个因素的影响程度不同;对于90°塑料弯管来说,熔体温度对其成形质量的影响相对比较大。 In order to analyze the plastic injection molding process of the 90° elbow, best gate location, molding window and experimental design (DOE) methods from Moldflow are employed. The melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and thickness during the injection molding process are optimized to achieve the best process conditions. The DOE results showed that the various factors have different effects in the experimental objectives. For the 90 ° elbow, the melt temperature has greater influence on the molding quality.
