摘要
为了提高液体灌装生产线的生产效率,降低生产成本,需要优化液体灌装阀结构。以液体灌装阀作为研究对象,利用Fluent软件分析了灌装阀流场的特性,确定了灌装过程中影响灌装速度的主要因素。利用正交实验法对灌装阀的结构进行了优化,并运用UG软件建立了流体模型,分析比较了不同结构下的流场特性,最终确定了最优化的结构参数,并提出了一种最合理的罐装阀结构设计。通过仿真分析,证明了该设计是可行且合理的。
In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce production cost of liquid filling production line,optimizing the structure of liquid filling valve is required. The characteristics of the flow field of the filling valve were analyzed by using Fluent software,and the main factors affecting the filling rate were determined by using software. The structure of the filling valve was optimized by orthogonal test method. The fluid model was built by using UG software. The flow characteristics of different structures were analyzed and compared. Through simulation analysis,it is proved that the design is feasible and reasonable.
