摘要
以机械搅拌式浮选机的最佳间距数据验证有压矿浆冲击式浮选机叶轮与盖板的最佳间距,对其叶轮和盖板间隙流场进行动力学计算,确定它们的最佳间距,以提高浮选机的整体性能。以间隙之间形成的气穴多少来断定浮选机充气量的大小,以气矿量的多少来确定浮选的优越程度。
ON the basis of Mechanical stirring flotation machine optimal spacing of data, testing pressure slurry impact type flotation machine impeller and covering the optimum spacing, we can calculate velocity of the gap which is between on impeller and cover plate of the new flotation machine, determining the optimal spacing, to improve the overall performance of the flotation machine. In this paper, with the gap formed between the cavitations number to determine aeration quantity, judged flotation's superior degree by gas amount.
