摘要
在建立的消防部队灭火抢险救援风险评估指标体系的基础上,开发了消防部队灭火抢险救援风险评估管理系统。系统通过情况调查、指标赋值、评估过程、隐患整改、文件管理等功能模块设计,可以对人员配置、车辆性能、日常训练、预案演练、安全管理等指标进行评估,从而计算被评测消防部队的指标分值。最后通过两个典型中队的实例分析,验证了该系统的实用性。
Based on the established risk evaluation index system for fire-fighting and rescue, the corresponding management sys tern was developed. Designed with functional modules like situ ational investigation, index assignment, evaluation process, hazard rectification and file management, the system can evalu ate the index including staff allocation, vehicle performance, daily training, emergency drill, and safety management, there by calculate the index score of fire force. Finally, the practicali ty of the system was verified by typical experimenlal analysis of two squadrons.
