摘要
知识经济时代,企业面临生产成本上涨,产品开发周期变短,竞争压力越来越大等一系列问题。在此背景下,创新成为企业竞争优势的来源,并为可持续发展提供动力。文中选取高新技术企业—"双鹭药业"进行实证分析,旨在研究中小企业创新管理的现状,基于分析结果构建创新管理流图,提出影响企业技术创新能力的因素以及改进意见,同时也给予其他企业关于提高创新水平的启示。
Era of knowledge economy, enterprises are facing with rising production costs, shorter proctuct development cycle, increasing competitive pressure and a series of problems. Under this background, the innovation as the source of enterprise competitive advantage, and provide power for the sustainable development. The author selected a high and new technology enterprise Double heron pharmaceutical empirical analysis to study the present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation management, innovation management based on analysis results and the flow chart, puts forward the influencing factors of enterprise technology innovation ability and improvements, but also to other enterprises on how to improve innovation level of enlightenment
