摘要
介绍了石化企业实施创新管理,提高经济效益的必要性;论述了石化企业实施管理创新,提高经济效益的主要思路和措施。结果表明,石化企业必须重视管理创新,以应对国内外复杂环境下所面临的挑战,只有这样才能提高石化企业的经济效益和竞争能力,使其健康、协调和可持续发展。
This paper introduced the necessity of petrochemical enterprise to implement innovative management andimprove economical benefit;expounded the main thoughts and measures for petrochemical enterprise to implementmanagement innovation and improve economical benefit. The result showed,petrochemical enterprise must attachimportance to management innovation,so to meet the challenge at home and abroad under the complex environment,andonly in this way,can the economical benefit and competitiveness of enterprise can be improved and sound,coordinated andsustainable development can be realized.
