摘要
结合贵州工程应用技术学院实际情况,探讨高校体育教育专业开设健康教育课程的相关问题:健康教育课程的基本概念和开设此课程的必要性;高校体育教育专业健康教育课程现存的问题。提出相关建议:改革现行的课程结构;构建完善的健康教育课程体系;对课程内容进行整合与重构;重视学生健康教育实践能力的培养;建立相应的实践机制。
Related problems concerning the health education courses offered by physical education major in colleges and universities are studied with document analysis based on the actual situations of this university. Firstly, the basic concept of health education courses and necessity for offering this course were illustrated. Secondly, the currently existing problems in health education courses offered by physical education major in colleges and universities were analyzed from three aspects, namely imperfect course structure, unsystematic course contents and low practical ability of the students. And corresponding suggestions were proposed, including reforming the current course structure, constructing sound system for health education course, conducting scientific integration for related contents of health education, focusing on the cultivation of students, practical ability in health education and establishing corresponding practice mechanism. Hope it will contribute to the development and perfection of health education courses offered by physical education major in colleges and universities.
