摘要
分析《石油库节能设计导则》推荐的储罐大呼吸损耗公式,只包含粘附损耗,忽略了密封损耗。指出《石油库节能设计导则》粘附系数表中数据顺序应进行调整、提出大呼吸损耗公式应从油品的挥发性能和储罐的密闭性能两方面进行考察、建议适时对《石油库节能设计导则》进行修订。
This study analyzes that the formula of the big breath evaporation loss of floating roof tank, recommended by "Design guideline for energy conservation of petroleum depots", only contains the adhesion loss but ignores the seal losses. It is pointed out that the data order in sticking coefficient table in "Design guideline for energy conservation of petroleum depots" should be adiusted, and breathing loss formula should contain both volatile properties of oil in the tank and airtight properties of the tank. It is recommended that "Design guideline for energy conservation of petroleum depots" should be revised timely.
