摘要
目的探究与分析舒适护理与常规护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院骨外科收治的100例股骨颈骨折患者,采取随机数字表分为常规护理组与舒适护理组,每组各50例,对比不良反应的发生率以及满意度。结果舒适护理组较常规护理组相比不良反应发生率降低(P<0.05)。舒适护理组较常规护理组相比满意度提升(P<0.05)。结论对股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理效果显著。
Objective To probe into and analysis of comfortable nursing and clinical effect of routine nursing care in femoral neck fracture. Methods 100 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture were chosen, take a random number table is divided into routine nursing group and comfortable nursing group, 50 cases in each group, the incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of satisfaction. Results Comfortable nursing group than in the conventional nursing group significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Comfortable nursing group than in the conventional nursing group satisfaction improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement comfortable nursing to patients with femoral neck fracture effect is remarkable.
