摘要
目的进一步对人工全髋关节置换术和股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院于2011年12月~2013年12月期间收治的50例老年股骨颈骨折患者,将其作为本次的研究对象,并分成对照组和观察组,每组各25例,对照组患者采用人工全髋关节置换术进行治疗,观察组患者采用股骨头置换术进行治疗,观察患者术后疼痛情况以及患者髋关节功能优良情况。结果经治疗后,观察组患者轻度疼痛18例,中度疼痛5例,重度疼痛2例,对照组患者中轻度疼痛10例,中度疼痛8例,重度疼痛7例,在患者髋关节功能方面,观察组较对照组好,比较两组患者差异明显（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论针对老年股骨颈骨折患者的治疗,和股骨头置换术相比,全髋关节置换术能够有效减轻患者的疼痛,促进髋关节功能的恢复,具有良好的治疗效果,在临床上具有极为重要的意义。
ObjectiveAnalysis and discuss effect of total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty for treatment of femoral neck fracture.MethodsSelected 50 cases of femoral neck fracture patients from December 2011 to December 2015,as a research object and divided into a control group and the observation group, 25 patients in the control group were each using total hip arthroplasty for treatment,the observation group were treated with femoral head replacement therapy,observed in patients with postoperative pain and the excelent situation hip function. ResultsAfter treatment,patients with mild pain in the observation group 18 cases,5 cases of moderate pain,severe pain in two cases,the control group of patients with mild pain in 10 cases,8 cases of moderate pain,severe pain in 7 cases,in patients with hip function,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Compared to patients for the treatment of femoral neck fracture and femoral head replacement,total hip replacement surgery can effectively relieve the patient＇s pain and promote the recovery of hip function,with a good therapeutic effect,has an extremely important significance in the clinical.
