全髋关节置换前后不同方法评价髋关节活动能力的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨髋关节置换前后不同方法评价髋关节活动能力。方法实施人工全髋关节置换术患者31例,所有患者施行全髋关节置换,随访16个月,使用不同的评分表评价髋关节置换前后的得分,进行疗效评价。结果 2种评价方法都显示髋关节置换术对患者具有良好的疗效。使用Harris评分评价:置换术后优26例(83.9%),良1例(3.2%),尚可4例(12.9%)。使用国内评分进行评价:置换术后优26例(83.9%),良4例(12.9%),尚可1例(3.2%)。结论在现有的医疗环境下,Harris评分更加适合国内的情况。
