摘要
炭黑聚集体的形状与结构直接影响硫化胶的重要物理性质—定伸应力,就从炭黑对橡胶的补强理论出发,结合炭黑生产实践,从炭黑的生产过程控制,原料的选择以及工艺的调整对炭黑聚集体的形状与结构的影响进行了讨论,并提出了解决办法。
