摘要
目的分析心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭合并电解质紊乱的临床效果。方法 2013年11月~2014年8月,将104例慢性心力衰竭合并电解质紊乱患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予心脉隆注射液。对比两组治疗前后的左心功能相关指标,临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,研究组的心率、左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）显著低于对照组,左心室射血分数（LVEF）显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组总有效率为86.54%,显著高于对照组的69.23%（χ2=7.66,P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭合并电解质紊乱的临床效果显著,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with electrolyte disorder. Methods From November 2013 to August 2014,104 cases with chronic heart failure complicated with electrolyte disorder were divided into two groups in random,control group was given conventional treatment,while study group was given Xinmailong injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The related parameters of the left heart function before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and safety was compared respectively between two groups. Results After treatment,the heart rate,left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV） of study group was obviously lower than that of control group,while left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The Total effective rate of study group was 86.54%,which was significantly higher than control group（69.23%）（χ2=7.66,P0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reaction during treatment in both groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Xinmailong injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with electrolyte disorder was significant and has good safe.
