胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的疗效观察 被引量：26

摘要 目的观察胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的疗效。方法选取2008年5月—2011年6月来我院就诊治疗的慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者60例。随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组采用单纯美托洛尔治疗,治疗组采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组患者在心功能改善及心律失常纠正效果都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常疗效显著且安全可靠。
