摘要
目的探讨宫颈冷刀锥切在宫颈上皮内瘤变及早期宫颈癌治疗中的临床价值。方法收集2011年6月至2014年6月在本院同时进行阴道镜活检和宫颈冷刀锥切的65患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察比较两种诊断方法在宫颈上皮内瘤变和早期宫颈癌诊断中的差异。结果阴道镜活检同宫颈冷刀锥切病理检查符合率为56.92%,不相符率为43.08%,宫颈冷刀锥切术病理检查加重患者12例,占总患者数的18.46%,浸润癌漏诊率为3.08%。结论宫颈冷刀锥切术是临床诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变及早期宫颈癌的重要方法,同时也是有效的治疗手段,宫颈冷刀锥切在宫颈上皮内瘤变及早期宫颈癌的诊断治疗中具有重要的临床意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of electric knife cervical conization in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ CIN） and cervical cancer early. Methods The clinical data were collected colposcopy and cervical biopsy electric knife cone biopsy,while 65 patients from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,observed and compared the two diagnostic methods in neoplasia and cervical intraepithelial early cervical cancer diagnosis differences. Results Colposcopy with cervical biopsy electric knife cone biopsy coincidence was 56. 92%,43. 08%was inconsistent,electric knife conization of cervical pathology aggravated 12 patients,18. 46% of the total number of patients,invasive missed rate of 3. 08%. Conclusion Electric knife conization cervical neoplasia and important method of early cervical cancer in the clinical diagnosis of cervical epithelium,but also an effective means of treatment,electric knife cone biopsy diagnosis of cervical neoplasia and cervical cancer early in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial has important clinical significance,should be widely applied.
