摘要
开展了培养料配方及含水量对黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)菌棒保存率的影响试验,综合考虑菌棒菌丝生长状况、保存率、烂棒过程、出耳产量等因素,结果显示随着菌棒中含水量和麦麸含量的增加,菌棒保存率逐渐下降;在8种培养料配方中,以W5配方(即麦麸4%、木屑94.5%、石灰0.5%、石膏1.0%)为最佳。
Experiment of different compost formula and water content influenced on the survival rate of bacterial rods of A uricu- /aria aur/cu/a has been done. Considering the growth characteristics, rotten sticks process, out of the era yield and other factors, the result showed that with the increase of water content and gluten content in bacteria rods, the survival rate gradually de- creased. The best compost formula is W5, while the wheat gluten content is 4%.
