摘要
针对螺柱焊工艺参数中的焊接电流、焊接时间、螺柱提升高度、螺柱伸出长度对接头抗剪性能的影响进行了分析,并探讨了合理参数下,焊接接头的合金元素分布、晶粒度及接头组织硬度的变化规律。结果表明,当工艺参数中的焊接电流为1100 A、焊接时间为180 ms、提升高度为2 mm、伸出长度为3 mm时,接头组织合金元素过渡均匀;焊缝组织晶粒细小,晶粒度等级较高;焊缝区硬度较低,熔合区硬度较高,但均高于螺柱母材。
The effect of welding current, welding time, lifting height of the stud, extended length of the stud on the shear behavior was studied. Under reasonable parameters, the alloying elements distribution of welded joints, grain size and hardness of the welded joint was discussed. The results show that when the process parameters of the welding current is 1100 A, welding time is 180 ms, lifting height of the stud is 2 mm, the extended length of the stud is 3 mm, the microstructure of alloying elements in welded joint is uniform. The grain size of the microstructure of weld seam is fine, the grain size is higher grade; the hardness of the weld zone is lower, the hardness of the fusion zone is higher, but they are all higher than that of the base metal studs.
