摘要
针对拉弧螺柱焊工艺参数中的焊接电流、焊接时间、螺柱提升高度、螺柱伸出长度四因素进行正交试验,通过抗剪性能优化工艺参数,对不同参数下焊接接头的组织、硬度及性能进行了分析。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:焊接电流1100 A、焊接时间180 ms、提升高度2 mm、伸出长度3 mm;最优参数下的焊缝组织晶粒细小,无软化,焊接接头具备较高抗剪强度。
Aiming at the welding current, welding time, the length of the stud lifting, extended length of the stud of four factors, the orthogonal experiment was carried out, then, the process parameters was optimized. By shear performance, the microstructure, hardness and performance of the welded joints in difference process parameters were analyzed. The results show that the optimal parameters are welding current 1100A, welding time 180 ms, lift height 2mm, extended length 3 mm. Under optimized parameters, the grain size of the weld metal is small, the miserostructure has no softening, and the welded joints have high shear strength.
