基于时栅的双回转工作台设计

摘要 根据X射线衍射仪中测角仪的原理,设计出一种基于时栅技术的双回转工作台。该转台的两轴分别由两台步进电机驱动,通过控制两台步进电机的转速,使双轴以不同的角速度比进行联动,其中包括衍射仪所需的θ-2θ联动,这不仅能够满足衍射仪中测角仪的基本功能,其结构采用的同心同轴结构设计还能实现双转台各自独立回转的功能。 According to the working principle of angular instrument installed in X-ray diffractometer, a kind of double rotating table based on time-grating sensor technology was designed. The rotary table had two axes which were driven by two stepping motors, they could be rotated synergistically with different angular speed rates, including the θ-2θ movement of diffractometer, by controlling the speed of two stepping motors. It can not only provide the fundamental function for diffractometer, but also can realize the function of rotating independently by adopting the design of mutual center and axis.
