摘要
针对高师学生职业技能训练中存在的弊端 ,笔者从我校 96级在“中学物理教学法课”中 ,引入微格教学方法试点 ,提出了可操作训练的模式。经过几年的实践证明 :微格教学法是培养师范生从教技能的最有效方法之一。
When we noticed the disadvantages in the professional skill training with traditional methods, we began to introduce into the course Physics, Teach It Better the idea of microteaching in 1996. We have got a certain model in doing it, after a period of experiment. It has been proved that microteaching is a very effective approach to reach the goal.
