摘要
[背景]观察三神散加头针治疗对血管性痴呆(VaD)患者智能水平的影响.[病例报告]将60例VaD患者随机分为三神散加头针组和甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱组,每组各为30例.采用简易智能精神状态评估量表(MMSE)、日常生活功能量表(ADL)及长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)评价两组治疗前后智力及日常生活能力,比较两组疗效.结果显示,治疗后两组患者HDS,MMSE得分均明显上升(P<0.05),ADL得分均显著下降(P<0.05).[讨论]三神散加头针治疗可明显改善VaD近期症状,提高VaD智能水平及社会活动能力.
BACKGROUND To observe the effects of the Sanshensan with scalp acupuncture for intelligence in patients with vascular dementia（VaD）.CASE REPORTS60 patients with VaD were divided into the groups of the Sanshensan with scalp acupuncture and co-dergocrine mesylate tablets,and the intelligence and daily living ability before and after treatment in two groups were evaluated by the mini-mental state examination（MMSE）,activities of daily living（ADL）and hasegawa dementia scale（HDS）,and the curative effects were compared between two groups.After treatment in two groups,the score of HDS and MMSE increased（P〈0.05）and one of ADL decreased（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSION The Sanshensan with scalp acupuncture improves significantly the recent symptom,intelligence and social activities of daily living of VaD.
