摘要
目的:探索四象体质类型与血脂异常的关系。方法:对790例体检人群进行生活方式调查、四象体质类型调查和血脂等生化指标测定,采用SPSS 18.0软件进行χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析。结果:(1)太阴体质是血脂异常的危险因素(OR=2.695,95%CI:[1.777,4.088]);(2)无论哪种体质,年龄、肥胖均与血脂异常相关,其肥胖类型对不同体质血脂异常人群的影响程度不尽相同。结论:四象体质类型可能是血脂异常的危险因素。
Objective:To explore the relationship between Sasang constitutional types and dyslipidemia.Methods:790 patients were enrolled and investigated on life style,the constitutional types and dyslipidemia.Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used in statistical methods with SPSS 18.0.Results:1.Taiyin constitution was a risk factor for dyslipidemia.2.No matter what constitution it was,age and obesity were both related to dyslipidemia.The extent of influence was different of obesity type on dyslipidemia of different constitution.Conclusion:The type of Sasang constitution is a risk factor for dyslipidemia.
