摘要
[背景]观察腺样体切除术对儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗转归的影响.[病例报告]选择2013年至2014年间接受药物治疗无明显疗效的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴有不同程度腺样体肥大的儿童患者65例,给行鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术后给予药物对症治疗1-3个月,比较手术治疗前后鼻塞、流鼻涕及睡眠打鼾症状评分.结果见,65例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿中显效62例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为98.5%;与手术治疗前比较,手术后鼻塞、流鼻涕及睡眠打鼾症状均明显改善（P〈0.05）.[讨论]腺样体切除术可提高伴有腺样体肥大的儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效.
BACKGROUND To observe the effect of adenoidectomy on curative turnover of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis.CASE REPORTS It was selected from 2013 to 2014that 65 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with different degree adenoidal hypertrophy that had no significantly effect after drug treatment.All cases were cured with drug therapy for 1-3months after adenoidectomy and the symptoms of nasal obstruction,rhinorrhea and snoring were compared with before and after operation.Out of 65 cases,62cases had significant effect,2cases had effective,and 1case had ineffective,and total effective rate was 98.5%,and the symptoms were significantly improved after operation than before operation（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSION Adenoidectomy improves significantly the curative effect for the pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis with adenoidal hypertrophy.
