摘要
为研究日粮蛋白质水平(15.5%、16.5%、17.5%)对热应激条件下扬州鹅生产性能、种蛋孵化率、蛋品质、蛋白质及能量利用效率的影响,选用1284只遗传背景相似的36周龄扬州鹅种鹅,采用完全随机试验设计将其分为A、B、C处理组,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复107只(公母比1:3.6),试验期为30d。结果:各组间平均采食量、平均蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率无显著差异(P〉O.05);料蛋比、蛋白沉积率、能量表观利用率16.5%组与17.5%组差异不显著(P〉0.05),但与15.5%组差异显著(P〈0.01);随着日粮蛋白水平增加产蛋率提高了14.81%和23.70%,15.5%与17.5%组差异显著(P〈0.05)。结果表明:环境温度为30~38℃,湿度为65%~76%,蛋白水平为17.5%时,扬州鹅种鹅生产性能最佳。
The experiment was conducted to examine the effect of different protein levels (15.5%, 16.5%, 17.5%)on production performance,hatchability of eggs,egg quality,protein and energy utilization efficiency of Yangzhou goose under heat stress. A total of 1 284 Yangzhou geese at 36 weeks of age were randomly assigned into 3 treatments with 4 replicates and 107 animals each replicate. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average feed intake, average egg weight, egg shape index, eggshell thickness, egg fertilization rate, hatching rate of fertilized eggs (P〉O.05) ;Feed/egg ratio,protein deposition rate,apparent energy utilization rate between 16.5% and 17.5% groups had no significant difference (P〉0.05), but had significant difference compared with 15.5% groups (P〈0.01). With the dietary protein level increased, laying rate increased by 14.81% and 23.70%, and the difference between 15.5% and 17.5% group was significantly (P〈0.05). The ambient temperature at 30 ℃ to 38 ℃,humidity at 65% to 76% and protein level was 17.5%,Yangzhou goose had the best production performance.
