摘要
本研究旨在探讨日粮蛋白质水平对淮南麻黄鸡种鸡产蛋中期(24～40周龄)产蛋性能、繁殖性能、血液生化指标、体尺指标和第二性征的影响。选择平均体重1.45kg、产蛋率60.0%的24周龄淮南麻黄鸡种鸡600只,随机分为3个处理,粗蛋白(CP)水平分别为15.0%、16.0%和17.0%。结果表明,16.0%CP组的产蛋率和料蛋比分别显著高于和低于15.0%CP组(P<0.05);15.0%、17.0%CP组的蛋黄颜色显著高于16.0%CP组,17.0%CP组的蛋黄比例显著高于15.0%CP组(P<0.05);16.0%CP组的胫长显著高于其他两组,17.0%CP组的冠长显著高于16.0%CP组,而17.0%CP组的肉垂高度却显著低于15.0%CP组(P<0.05),各处理组间其他体尺指标及体重差异均不显著(P>0.05);蛋白处理水平对繁殖性能、血液指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。在饲粮代谢能水平为11.68MJ/kg时,24杨琳40周龄的适宜日粮粗蛋白水平为16.0%。
A trial was performed to study the effects of dietary protein levels on production performance,egg quality, breeding performance, serum parameter and body measurement index of Huainan partridge chickens breeder during the middle laying period（24 to 40 weeks of age）. 600 health Huainan partridge chickens breeders with an average body weight 1.45 kg and average laying rate of 60% were randomly allocated to 3 treatments. The crude protein （CP） level was 15.0%,16.0% and 17.0%,respectively. The results showed that chickens fed by 16.0%CP diet had significantly greater average laying rate and lower FCR （feed intake/egg mass ratio）than that of 15.0%CP group （P〈0.05）. Yolk color of 15.0%CP and 17.0%CP groups was significantly high than that of 16.0%CP group,and Yolk proportion of 17.0%CP group was significantly high than that of 15.0%CP group. Secondary sexual characteristics and body measurements of each group had no significant difference,but shank length of 16.0%CP group was significantly high than that of the other groups, comb length of 17.（）%CP group was significantly greater than that of 16.0%CP group, and wattle height of 17.0%CP group was significantly lower than that of 15.0%CP group （P〈0.05）. Reproductive performance and serum parameter had no significantly difference among three treatments （P〉0.05）. In conclusion,when the dietary metabolic energy was ll.68MJ/kg,the appropriate CP level for Huainan partridge chickens of 24 to 40 weeks of age was 16.0%.
