摘要
城市旅游发展潜力评价是对城市在各个旅游要素的作用下,与其他城市在旅游业发展竞争中所体现出的潜在发展力的评估.对影响地区旅游业发展的旅游因素进行分析,提出旅游发展潜力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法建立旅游发展潜力评价模型,以呼和浩特、包头、鄂尔多斯(简称呼包鄂)地区26个旗县区为例,计算与评价其旅游发潜力指数.结果表明:呼包鄂26个旗县区整体旅游发展潜力水平较低,差距较大,市场因素与旅游资源因素是影响呼包鄂旗县区旅游发展潜力的重要因素,而经济因素与交通因素的影响较小.
In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the development of tourism also made some achievements,but also appeared a lot of problems in the development process,such as unreasonable development of tourism resource etc.This article through to analyze the tourism factors influencing the development of regional tourism,find out the key factors that affect regional tourism devel-opment,and combining the theory of regional tourism development potential and practice research,puts forward the evaluation index system of tourism development potential,and uses analytic hierarchy process （AHP）to establish tourism development potential evaluation model,and eight areas of the city Erdos as an example,evaluate the development potential of the eight flag county tourism,and find out tourism devel-opment of the key factors about tourism development of eight areas of Erdos city,look for suggestions and countermeasures for the tourism development of Erdos city in order to contribute to the tourism develop-ment of Erdos city.
