艰难梭菌感染是医源性腹泻的重要原因。本文综合2010年美国卫生保健流行病学会和美国感染病学会制订的《成人艰难梭菌感染临床诊治实践指南》和美国专家2013年形成的《艰难梭菌感染诊治预防指南》,对艰难梭菌感染的诊断、治疗和预防进行摘要介绍。
Clostridium difficile infection remains the most important cause of healthcare-associated diarrhea. This article focuses on the key points of the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Clostridium difficile infection included in 2010 clinical practice guide-lines for Clostridium difficile infection in adults recommended by the society for healthcare epidemiology of America and the infec-tious diseases society of America and guidelines for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Clostridium difficile infections published in American Journal of Gastroenterology in 2013.
