摘要
为实现对高压流体的快速换向控制,根据射流控制技术研制了一种能够承受较高压强并实现快速切换的换向阀,利用CFD软件对换向阀的工作原理进行了仿真。为考核换向阀的性能,进行了承压能力试验和冷气换向能力试验。试验结果表明该换向阀能够承受较高压强,在较高的压强下实现换向,换向速度为23.52 ms。
In order to realize the reversibility of high pressure fluid,we develop a high performance reversible valve which can endure high pressure and switch quickly based on the jet control principle,and simulate the valve by using the CFD software.In order to examine the performance of the valve,we carry out a hydraulic pressure experiment and a cold air switch experiment.The experiment result shows the valve could endure high pressure and realize fast switch,and it can switch in 23.52 ms.
