摘要
丝绸之路经济带的发展对沿线国家或地区甚至世界都将产生深远影响,研究其可持续发展问题具有明显的理论价值和现实意义。与已有研究的差异在于,文章立足人类发展的理论基础和人类发展指数的分析框架,探讨丝绸之路经济带的人类发展现状、变化趋势及成因,为深化这一问题提供了新视角;提出些许政策建议,为推动相关研究做了一定探索。
The development of the Silk Road Economic Belt will have a profound impact on the neighboring countries and regions and even the world. The study on its sustainable development has obvious theoretical value and practical significance. Compared with the existing researches, this paper is based on the theory of human development and the analytical framework of Human Development Index （HDI）. It also probes into the status quo and trends of the human development of the Silk Road Economic Belt as well as the causation, which provides a new perspective for deepening the relevant researches. Besides, the paper brings up some policy suggestions for furthering the related studies.
