摘要 植物富含脯氨酸蛋白(proline-rich proteins,PRPs)是一类富含脯氨酸和羟脯氨酸的蛋白质,主要定位于细胞壁中。PRPs基因具有明显的组织表达特异性,并受发育阶段和多种外界因素的诱导,在植物细胞的生长发育以及防卫反应中起重要作用。文章综述了近年来国内外对植物富含脯氨酸蛋白及其基因的研究进展,系统地介绍了PRPs的结构特点、分类、亚细胞定位、PRPs基因表达特性及功能,旨在为今后的相关研究提供参考。 The plant proline-rich proteins(PRPs) belong to a class of proline and hydroxyproline-rich proteins, mainly localized in the cell wall. PRPs exist in many plants with important biological functions, and the gene expression of PRPs is tissue-specifi c and induced by developmental stages and various external factors. This review gave a summary of domestic and overseas research progress of PRPs in the recent years, including the structure, classifi cation, subcellular localization, expression patterns, and functions of PRPs, so as to offer a reference for the further studies.
