摘要
以一种加工橡胶密封圈机床的工作台为研究对象,利用UG建立工作台三维模型,在ANSYS Workbench平台中对所建工作台模型进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,从而获取工作台的固有频率、振型及模拟在加工橡胶密封圈过程中工作台上各点位移的变化状态,结果表明对加工密封圈的质量主要影响因素来自于水平支架的形变。
Taking a worktable for processing rubber seals as an example,this paper builds three-dimensional models using UG. The modal frequencies and mode shapes of this worktable are gntten by the simulation of ANSYS Workbench modal analysis. And the displacement variety of the points which has been resulted in the process of table's running over time is gained in the steps of ANSYS Workbench transient dynamic analysis. The simulation results show that the table's deformation is defined as the major influence for the quality of the seals in the processing way.
