摘要
社会转型与教育改革呼应现代学校治理体系的建构。文献梳理发现,目前学界主要是基于教育治理和学校治理的理论视角较为宏观地理解现代学校治理体系。现代学校治理体系的建构实质是探究优质学校的过程,具体体现在四个层面。观念层面,要为师生个体发展给予真正的关注;制度层面,建立适合本校发展的制度体系,同时在制度形成过程中做到民主参与;行动层面,建立包括校长、教师、学生、家长的合作伙伴关系;监督层面,为学校发展提供建设性意见。
The construction of the school governance system echoes the social transformation and education reform. Relevant literatures indicate that educational circles research the school governance system from the perspective of the education governance and the school governance. The essence of the construction of the school governance system is to explore the process of the high-quality school. It is specific in four dimensions. Giving real concern for the development of the teachers and the students is the conceptual level. Establishing the fit development of the school system and doing democratic participation in the process of system formed at the same time are the institutional level. Setting up cooperation relationship among the principals, teachers, students and parents is the action level. Providing constructive suggestions for the development of the school is the supervision level.
