摘要
【目的】继续研究蜀葵花似hhaearosea(Linn.)Cavan.]中的化学成分。【方法】采用硅胶、ODS等柱色谱及高效液相色谱(HPLC)手段对蜀葵花中的二氢黄酮类成分进行分离纯化,并通过波谱分析方法鉴定单体成分的结构。【结果】从蜀葵花的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个二氢黄酮类成分,分别为(2R,3R)-二氢山柰酚-4’-0-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(2R,3R)-(+)-花旗松素(2)、(2R,3R)-花旗松素-3’-O-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、(2R,3R)-花旗松素-7-0-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、(2R,3R)-二氢杨梅素-3’-O-葡萄糖苷(5)、(2R,3R)-3,5,6,7,4'-pentahydrox-vflavanonol(6)、(2S)-4’,5,7-三羟基黄烷酮(7)、南酸枣苷(8)。【结论】3~6为首次从蜀葵属中分离得到的化合物,并利用圆二色光谱确定了所有化合物的绝对构型。
[Objective] Continue to study the constituents of Althaea rosea. [Methods] The chemical constituents were obtained through ODS, Silica gel column chromatorgraphies and PHPLC chromatorgraphy and identified by chemical and kinds of spectral analysis. [Results] Eight flavonones were obtained and determined as (2R,3R)-dihydrokaempferol-4'-O-[3-D-glucopyranoside (1), (2R,3R)-(+)-taxifolin (2), (2R,3R)-taxifolin-3'-O- 13-D-glucopyranoside (3), (2R,3R)-taxifolin-7-O-[5-D-glucopyranoside (4), (2R,3R)-dihydromyricetin-3'-O- glucoside (5), (2R,3R)-3,5,6,7,4'-pentahydroxyflavanonol (6), (2S)-4",5,7-trihydroxy flavanone (7), choerospondin (8), respectively. [Conclusion] Compounds 3-6 are obtained from Ahhaea genus firstly. On the other hand, the absolute configurations of all isolates are determined by CD spectrum.
