摘要
为了减小变电站端量测数据不同步引起主站状态估计等应用的误差,研究了提高变电站量测数据时间同步性的方法。结合部分500k V高压变电站出现的站内母线功率不平衡现象,分析了变电站基础量测数据时间同步性的主要影响因素,提出若干提高同步性的方法。方法采用基于离散傅里叶变换(DFT)的快速量测算法,量测数据带时标上送,同时设置合理的变化死区提高量测刷新速率,远动装置根据量测时标对齐同一断面数据组包上送。采用RTDS动模仿真试验系统搭建测试环境进行对比试验,试验结果验证了方法的有效性。
In order to reduce the master station state estimation error caused by asynchronous measuring data of sub- station terminal, the methods for improving time synchronism of substation measuring data are researched. According to the partial bus power imbalance phenomenon of some 500kV UHV substation, the main factors which affected time synchronizationof substation basic measuring data are analyzed. Several methods to improve the synchronization of the basic measuring data in substation are proposed. The methods are based on fast measuring algorithm, send the meas- uring data with time stamp, and set suitable changing threshold to improve the refresh rate of measuring data. The re- transmission unit aligned measuring data according to the time stamp and sent it to master station in one packet. A simulation test system is built by using RTDS and several kinds of comparative test are done. The test result proves that the methods are effective.
