二次隐性错接线导致关口电量差错追补问题分析 被引量:2

摘要 结合一起厂网关口电能计量装置失压造成的电量少计问题进行分析研究,根据失压现象进行现场测试,分析失压原因,追溯基建时遗留下的一处比较隐蔽的二次错接线问题,提出消缺和防范措施,并采用更正系数法对失压造成的差错电量进行追补计算,利用边界修正方法提高电量估算的准确性,保证了厂网之间公平结算。 This paper analyzed and researched a problem about electric energy short accounting caused by voltage losing of electric energy metering device at exchange point between the electric power plant and the electric power company. The cause of losing voltage was analyzed with field test according to the voltage losing phenomenon. A hidden problem about error connection of secondary circuit was discovered when construction engineer was proceeded and countermeasure how to mend defect was put forward. Correcting coefficient method was applied to calculate the compensation of the electric energy metering on fault caused by voltage missing. The accuracy of electric energy estimation was improved with boundary revision. Therefore, equity between electric power plant and electric power company is assured.
