摘要
采用液相色谱分析方法对农药烯效唑进行定量分析,结果表明：烯效唑线性相关系数为R2=0.9999;平均回收率99.82%;标准偏差小于0.21~0.45,变异系数为0.22~0.47,结果表明此方法具有分离效果好,具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,重现性好等特点。
A method for analysis of uniconazole by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, that linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, The average recovery was 99.82%, the standard deviation was less than 0. 21-0. 45, the coefficient of variation was 0.22~0.47. The results showed that the separate effect of this method is good and has the advantage of simple operation, rapid, high sensitivity, good re- producibility etc.
