烯效唑在土壤中的吸附、迁移及大田中降解的动态 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用气相色谱法研究植物生长调节剂烯效唑在土壤环境中的行为,结果表明烯效唑在土壤中的吸附性、迁移性随土壤不同而异,其吸附性与有机质含量成正比,迁移性与有机质含量成反比。烯效唑在土壤中的降解情况与土壤条件有关,土壤微生物在烯效唑的降解中起重要作用。烯效唑在室外大田土壤中的降解速率大大高于室内同样土壤。 The environmental behavior of uniconazol (a plant growth regulator) in soils was studied by GC in the paper. The results showed that the adsorption and migration of uniconazol in soils varied with soil type, with the former proportional to organic matter content and the latter inverse to organic matter content. The decomposition of uniconazol in soils was correlated with soil conditions. Soil microbes played a very important role in the decomposition of uniconazol. The decomposition of uniconazol was found much more faster in field conditions than indoors. There was uniconazol accumulation in field soils.
