摘要
齿轮传动是机械传动的重要形式。采用双圆弧齿轮传动,避免了渐开线齿轮在高速重载情况下容易磨损的问题,提高了承载能力和运动平稳性;然而双圆弧齿轮加工的编程及程序验证存在很多的困难。为此,提出了利用Pro/E软件进行双圆弧齿轮造型,自动编程以及后置处理,解决了双圆弧齿轮实际加工过程中的编程难题,提高了编程效率。通过仿真加工及过切检测,提高了产品的设计研发效率,避免了生产过程中的过切或者少切现象,预先发现加工缺陷,实现了程序校验,具有一定的研究意义。
Gear transmission is an important form of mechanical transmission, double circular arc gear can avoid the in volute problem that it is easy to wear in high speed and heavy load conditions, and enhances the bearing capacity and smooth movement. However, programming and program verification of double circular arc gear processing have many difficulties. This paper proposes the use of Pro/E software for double circular arc gear modeling, automatic programming and post pro- cessing. It solves the double circular arc gear actual machining process programming difficult problem, and improves the ef ficiency of programming. Simulation of machining and cutting test improves product design efficiency in the production process to avoid more or less cut phenomenon, and help find processing defects to realize program verification. So the research has certain research significance.
