摘要
针对圆弧齿轮的工艺特点,采用创成式方法,应用VB和ACCESS数据库开发出圆弧齿轮CAPP系统,可以实现零件信息输入、工艺路线的生成、详细的工序设计、机械加工工艺卡片的打印输出、测量尺寸、挂轮选择等功能,从而提高了圆弧齿轮的设计和工艺制订的自动化程度,提高了设计效率。
Based on the processing techniques, a circular-teeth Gear CAPP system was developed with VB and ACCESS. This system has capahilities to design technique process and output technique cards, which arise the automation of the technique design of circular-teeth Gears.
