基于磺酸聚酯二元醇的两性水性聚氨酯研究

摘要 以磺酸聚酯二元醇(BY3305)为阴离子亲水扩链剂,N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为阳离子亲水扩链剂合成了一系列两性水性聚氨酯。红外光谱测试分析了水性聚氨酯的结构;并对乳液粒径、电导率和Zeta电位进行了测试,结果表明BY3305含量不变时,MDEA含量在0~1.2%内增加,乳液粒径逐渐减小,电导率逐渐增大。MDEA含量在5.1%~6.8%内增加,乳液粒径先减小再增大,电导率先增大后减小再增大。MDEA含量不变时,BY3305含量在12.0%~35.9%内增加,乳液粒径先增大后减小,电导率逐渐增大。 A series of amphoteric waterborne polyurethanes were synthesized by sulfonic acid polyester di- ol (BY3305) as anionic hydrophilic chain extender and N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) as cationic hydrophilic chain extender. FTIR was used to characterize the structure of waterborne polyurethane;emulsion particle size, conductivity and Zeta potential were tested. The result shows that when BY3305 was constant, with the increasing of MDEA in the range of 0 - 1.2%, particle size of the emulsion decreased and the conductivity increased gradually. Particle size of the emulsion decreased firstly and then increased,the conductivity increased first and then decreased and increased at last when MDEA increased in the range of 5.1% -6.8%. When MDEA was constant,with the increasing of BY3305 in the range of 12.0% - 35.9%, particle size of the emulsion increased first and then decreased and the conductivity increased gradually.
