摘要
随着医疗水平及医学技术的迅猛发展,医学人才的培养方式也应与时俱进,在原有培养模式的基础之上推陈出新,培养出更适合当今时代的合格医生。就培养骨外科研究生的心得浅谈一下自己的培养理念、具体的培养方案,并对未来骨科研究生的培养前景进行了展望。
With the rapid development of medical standards and technology, the training mode of medical professionals is expected to keep pace with the times, to train qualified doctors through new, adapted models on the basis of original ones. The paper introduces the teaching concepts, plans and prospects on the training of postgraduates in the Department of orthopedies.
