声触诊组织量化技术定量分析甲状腺结节良恶性初步探析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨声触诊组织量化技术在甲状腺良、恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对95例患者共110个结节行常规二维、彩色多普勒超声和声触诊组织量化技术检查,记录结节剪切波速度。以手术或穿刺活检后病理诊断为金标准,将110个结节分为良性结节组及恶性结节组,选取55例正常甲状腺作为正常对照组。结果甲状腺恶性结节组剪切波速度高于良性结节组和正常对照组(P<0.05);甲状腺良性结节和恶性结节内部、结节与周围组织交界处剪切波速度高于周围正常腺体组织(尸<0.05)。结论声触诊组织量化技术可定量分析鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性。 Objective To investigate the application value of the virtual touch tissue quantitative technique in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A conventional two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound and virtual touch tissue quantification technique were applied to check and record nodules shear wave velocity among 95 cases of patients with a total of 110 nodules. The gold standard was diagnosed on the basis of pathological results after operation or puncture biopsy. 110 nodes can be divided into benign and malignant nodules, 55 cases of normal thyroid as normal control group. 95 cases of patients with a total of 110 nodules by conventional two-dimensional, color Doppler ultrasound and virtual touch tissue quantification check and record nodules shear wave velocity. The gold standard was diagnosed by pathology after operation or puncture biopsy. The 110 nodules were divided into benign and malignant nodules, and 55 cases of normal thyroid as normal control group. Results The shear wave velocity of malignant thyroid nodules is higher than that of benign nodules group and normal control group (P 〈 0.05). The shear wave velocities within thyroid benign and malignant nodules, and at the junction of nodules and surrounding tissues are higher than that surrounding normal glandular tissue (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The virtual touch tissue quantitative technique can quantitatively analyze and identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
