摘要
医学期刊编辑、读者、作者是学术交流舞台的主体,三者相互影响,相互制约。编辑作为联系读者和作者的纽带,应坚持"为读者办刊"的理念,在深入了解读者需求的基础上充分保证期刊的可读性和实用性;同时要不断强化对作者的培养意识和服务意识,促进并帮助作者产出优秀的成果,提高期刊的传播力和影响力,促进学术期刊的健康发展。
Medical journal editors,readers and authors are the main subjects in academic exchange. They influence each other.As a link of readers and authors,editors should adhere to the idea of ＂ running the journal for readers ＂,understand the needs of readers,and ensure the readability of the journal. On the other hand,editors should also strengthen the senses of cultivation and service to authors, promote and facilitate the excellent output,improve the spread of power and influence of the journal,and thus to promote the smooth development of academic journals ultimately.
