摘要
为更好的防治黄瓜疫病,从湖南、贵州等地采集的土壤样品中分离到放线菌106株,采用平板对峙法及发酵液抑菌试验筛选对黄瓜疫霉菌(Phytophthora melonis)具有拮抗活性的放线菌。结果表明,106株放线菌中有26株对黄瓜疫霉菌有抑制作用,抑菌带达到5 mm及以上的有5株,其中2号菌株的拮抗作用最明显,发酵液稀释5倍后对黄瓜疫霉菌的菌丝生长抑制率仍达76%。对2号菌株进行培养性状、生理生化特征鉴定及16S r DNA序列分析,初步将其鉴定为绛红褐链霉菌(Streptomyces purpeofuscus)。
In order to explore biocontrol agents to control cucumber phytophthra blight caused by Phytophthra melonis, 106 actinomycetes strains were isolated from soil samples of Hunan and Guizhou provinces. Then dual culture method and fermentation broth inhibition test were used to screen antagonistic actinomycete strains to Phytophthora melonis. The results showed that 26 of 106 actinomycetes strains could inhibit Phytophthora melonis, 5 of which had an inhibition zone over 5 mm in width. No.2 strain had the strongest inhibition activity, whose inhibition rate remained 76% even after the fermentation broth was diluted 5 times. Based on the identification of cultivation characters as well as physiological and biochemical features, and the analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, No.2 strain could be nomenclatured as Streptomyces purpeofuscus.
