摘要
虎杖(Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.)含有多种生物活性成分,具有独特的药理功效。其中的大黄素具有抗菌、止咳、抗肿瘤、降压等作用,且含量较高,故常利用虎杖根提取大黄素。研究通过单因素和正交试验优化了虎杖大黄素的超声波提取工艺,最佳提取工艺为80%(乙醇+丙酮)、1∶20(g∶m L)料液比、超声提取30 min、提取温度为70℃,测定虎杖药材中大黄素的得率为1.40%。
Polygonum cuspidatum contains a variety of biologically active substances with unique pharmacological effects. Especially, emodin, which is relatively rich in Polygonum cuspidatum can be used for cardiovascular protection and have anticancer, anti-tumor effects. Roots of Polygonum cuspidatum can be used to extract emodin. Emodin extraction conditions were optimized using the single factor and orthogonal method. According to the orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions of emodin were as follows: 80% ethanol and acetone(1∶1,v / v), solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20(g∶mL), extraction for 30 minutes at 70°C. The content of emodin in Polygonum cuspidatum was 1.40%.
