摘要
采用水培试验,研究了不同浓度碱性盐处理对水稻幼苗生长及苗期离子吸收与转运的影响。结果表明,碱性盐胁迫使参试材料苗长下降、生物量积累减少,长白9号降幅均较小。碱性盐胁迫下,参试材料生长叶Na+浓度增幅为长白9号小于越光。成熟叶变化规律和生长叶基本一致。茎中Na+浓度增幅为长白9号高于越光。根中Na+浓度均大于地上部各部位。Na2CO3+Na HCO3胁迫下,各器官K+浓度均降低,长白9号K+浓度降幅小于越光。长白9号叶片和根部K+/Na+均显著高于越光,且叶片高于根。Na2CO3+Na HCO3胁迫下各器官的Ca2+吸收量降低,长白9号各器官降幅低于越光。X-射线微区分析结果显示,长白9号液泡和细胞壁具有较强的Na+区域化能力。
Based on water culture, the effects of the Na2CO3+Na HCO3 stress on growth and ions absorption and transportation of seedling were studied. The results showed that the height decreased and the biomass reduced. The damage rate of Changbai9 was less than Koshihikari. Under the stress of Na2CO3+Na HCO3, the Na^+concentrations in growth leaf of Changbai 9 increased less than Koshihikari, and the mature leaf was the same. The Na^+concentrations in stem of Changbai 9 increased more than Koshihikari. Na^+concentrations in roots were greater than those in different parts of shoots. The K^+concentrations in different organs decreased under the stress of Na2CO3+Na HCO3, and K^+concentrations of Changbai9 decreased less than Koshihikari. The ratio between K^+and Na^+ in leaf and root of Changbai9 were significantly higher than Koshihikari, and the leaf was higher than the root. The Ca^2+absorption of different organs decreased under the stress of Na2CO3+Na HCO3, and the decreasing range of different organs of Changbai9 was lower than Koshihikari. The results of X-ray microanalysis showed that Na^+content in cytoplasm of Changbai9 was significantly lower than that of and Koshihikari, while it was obviously higher than that of Koshihikari in cell wall and vacuole.
