摘要
为区域合理利用耐盐植物改良盐渍土提供科学依据,研究了盐胁迫对柴达木盆地猪毛菜生理特性的影响。以猪毛菜种子及其盆栽幼苗为试验材料,以清水为对照,设置1.0%~10.0%的NaCl溶液培养基质梯度,用三年时间对猪毛菜苗木生长及生理特性进行盐胁迫试验测定。结果表明:不同浓度盐胁迫对猪毛菜生长发育都有一定程度的抑制,但不同浓度盐胁迫对猪毛菜生长发育影响程度不同。随着盐浓度增加对猪毛菜生长发育抑制作用越明显,5.0%盐浓度溶液作为对猪毛菜抑制作用的拐点,是适生耐盐范围的最大阈值,超过5.0%盐浓度时,种子发芽率、苗木生长骤减,而细胞膜透性骤减。
In order to provide scientific basis for improving saline soil at Chaidamu Basin, Salsola abrotanoides seedlings were used as test materials and pot experiments were carried out to study their growth and physiological characteristics under different soil salt contents. Taking water as the check, ten culture mediums of NaCl solution concentration gradients (1. 0 % -10. 0 % ) were set. Salt toler-ance of Salsola abrotanoides was determined for three years. The growth and physiological character-istics were analyzed. The result shows that the growth and physiological characteristics decreases with the increasing of NaCl solution concentration. The upper threshold value of NaCl solution con-centration is 5. 0% , at which the inhibiting effect of NaCl on Salsola abrotanoides exhibits strongest.When NaCl solution concentration is above 5 . 0 % , the germination rate and growth decrease rapid-ly, meanwhile, the membrane permeability increases rapidly.
