摘要
该文应用Flotherm分析软件,建立大功率太阳能逆变器逆变模块的简化模型,进行热仿真计算,得出了模块的稳态温度分布图。从中提取几个特殊点与实验数据进行比较,精度满足工程要求,从而验证了该简化模型的合理性,为电子设备结构设计的优化奠定基础。
This paper established the simplified model of High-power Solar inverter by using thermal simulation software(Flotherm),and derived the distributing of the temperature field.By comparing with the experimental data,the accuracy meets the engineering requirements,and verifies the rationality of simplified model,and lay a foundation for optimal structural design of electronic equipment.
