摘要
目的:测定不同产地蒙古扁桃种仁蛋白质含量并进行比较研究。方法:采用凯氏定氮法测定蒙古扁桃种仁蛋白质含量,应用SPSS 17.0软件对所得数据统计分析。结果:不同产地蒙古扁桃种仁蛋白质含量为18.97%-25.31%,其中4号产地的含量最高,7号产地的含量最低;统计学分析表明,1号、2号和5号三个产地蒙古扁桃种仁蛋白质含量差异不显著,其余各产地蒙古扁桃种仁中蛋白质含量差异均显著(P〈0.05)。该方法的平均回收率为100.19%,RSD为1.02%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,蒙古扁桃种仁中含有丰富的蛋白质,本研究为其资源综合开发利用和质量评价提供一定的参考依据。
Objective: Determination and comparison the contents of protein in the kernels of Prunus Mongolia in different origins.Methods: Protein contents were determined by the Kjeldahl method,SPSS 17.0 analysis software was applied to analyze the results. Results: The contents of protein in the kernels of Prnnus Mongolia in different origins were 18.97%-25.31% ,the contents of protein were the highest in origin 4 and the lowest in origin 7. The statistical results indicated that the contents of the protein were significant difference (P〈0.05) except origin 1 , 2 and 5. The results showed that the average recovery rate of the method was 100.19% ,the relative standard deviation was 1.02%. Conclusion: The contents of protein in the kernels of Prunus Mongolia were more abundant, Kjeldabl method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable data. The research provided some reference for comprehensive utilization and quality evaluation of the resources.
