斯派尔煤矿由于瓦斯发电机组升压并网,大大影响了矿井外网功率因素的稳定,导致每月结算外网电费时力调电费大大增加。为此制定精细化无功补偿装置方案,以降低力调电费的支出。
Due to the booster interconnection of the gas generator in sipaier coal mine, greatly affected the stability of the mine network power factor, and resulted the significantly increased monthly billing network electricity. so develop the scheme of the reactive power compensation device to reduce the expenses of the power transfer bill.
